Service Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of myridianovae financial planning services and constitute a binding agreement between you and our company.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

Service Eligibility
Our services are available to Australian residents aged 18 and over who can enter into legally binding contracts.

Client Responsibilities

- Introducing viruses or malicious software

- Unauthorized data extraction or scraping
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, materials, and intellectual property related to our services remain the property of myridianovae.
We grant you limited, non-exclusive access to our materials for personal use only.
You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit our proprietary materials without written permission.
Privacy Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling personal information in accordance with Australian privacy laws.

Subscription and Payment Terms
Our financial planning services are provided on a monthly subscription basis at AUD $250 per month, inclusive of GST.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds may be provided within the first 14 days of initial subscription in accordance with consumer protection laws.
Service Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of terms.
Upon termination, your access to services will cease and no further charges will apply.
Provisions regarding liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution survive termination.
Service Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We make no guarantees about specific financial outcomes or results from our consultations.
Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Financial planning involves risk. Carefully consider your financial situation before making decisions.
Liability Limitations
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted under Australian Consumer Law.
We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from service use.
Total liability for any claims is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
Client Indemnification
You agree to indemnify myridianovae against claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of services.
Dispute Resolution Process
We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently through established channels.
Arbitration Agreement
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the Australian Commercial Disputes Centre.
Arbitration will be conducted in Melbourne, Victoria, under Australian law.
You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits regarding service disputes.
Alternative Dispute Resolution
We participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures for eligible complaints.

Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
Severability Provision
If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in full effect.
Complete Agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between parties.
